"I was honestly so relieved by how fast it arrived"
I ordered from Japan With Love Store and I was genuinely surprised by how quickly everything got here. Since it was coming from Japan, I was expecting to wait much longer, so seeing the updates come through and then having the package arrive safely felt really reassuring. Everything showed up in good condition with no problems at all. i’m really happy with the experience

"Decent selection, but the pricing made me pause"
They had the exact item I was looking for, so I ended up ordering, but I had to talk myself into being patient with the pricing. Some things were totally fair, and then others felt higher than what I’ve seen on other sites. It’s not a bad place to shop, just not one of those “wow, great deal” situations. I wish the prices were a little more consistent so I didn’t have to stop and compare everything before buying.

I ordered a few skincare products from japanwithlovestore.com, and I was really happy with how everything arrived. The items were wrapped securely with bubble wrap and paper, so nothing was shifting around in the box. One of the products was in a glass bottle, which I was a little worried about, but it came perfectly fine with no leaks, cracks, or damage. The outside of the box had a small dent, but everything inside was completely protected. Overall, I felt like they took a lot of care with the packaging

"Good selection, kind of all over the place but worth it"
I didn’t expect japanwithlovestore to have that much stuff. Like, skincare, hair products, snacks, cute little random things, pretty much everything I ended up clicking around for. I was actually excited because I found a few Japanese brands I usually struggle to find anywhere else, which was probably the biggest reason I placed an order. The site itself was easy enough to use, nothing amazing but not annoying either. Overall I had a good experience, even if I was weirdly overwhelmed for a minute. I’d probably shop there again when I need more Japanese products.

"Good overall, slower tracking than I expected"
My order arrived just fine, so no complaints there. The only thing was the tracking felt a bit slower to update compared to other places I’ve ordered from, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was for a while. But in the end, everything showed up okay.
